


Pumpkin Protein Oat Squares (Vegan & Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of our All-in-one shake Creamy Vanilla
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats or quick oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and oats
- In another bowl, mix maple syrup, pumpkin puree and almond milk
- Add the dry ingredients, half of the chocolate chips, and mix together
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish
- Top with remaining chocolate chips
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean and the sides are slightly crispy
- Cut into 9-16 pieces, let cool, and enjoy!
