Only one of our products contains caffeine, the rest — including all of our All-in-One Superfood Shakes — are caffeine-free.

Our Red Superfood Juice is made with real, organic whole fruit CoffeeBerry extract, which contains both polyphenols and a controlled dose of caffeine (25mg per serving of juice). It’s just enough caffeine to give you a little boost, without triggering the unpleasant side effects that caffeine can entail — jitters, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. It’s the perfect replacement for an afternoon coffee.

Despite the name, our Mocha All-in-One Superfood Shake doesn’t contain any caffeine. We use natural flavouring to create a taste that has notes of chocolate and coffee, without adding any caffeine. 

If you’re trying us for the first time and aren’t totally thrilled, no stress! If your bag is at least half full and wish to return it within 60 days of your delivery date, we’ll give you a full refund minus a 15% return fee. Prefer to exchange? No problem! You can swap your original item(s) for a different flavour with a $5 shipping fee (fees waived with subscription), and you can do this up to 2 times a year.

For second (or third, or fourth, or... you get the jist!) purchases, you can only exchange an open bag for a different flavour with $5 shipping fee (unless you're subscribed, and then it's free!). You can enjoy up to 2 swaps a year.

Yes, all of our products are dairy-free! Compared to several other brands, our main focus, even obsession, is to provide the best and highest-quality ingredients to our customers! All of our meticulously selected and analyzed ingredients are 100% plant-based, non-GMO, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and free of anything artificial as well. This results in the smooth and creamy texture, along with the amazing taste, that our shakes are known for.

If you've benefited from an extra discount on your first subscription order, a minimum of two subscription orders are required before canceling. You can change or skip your orders at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the second shipment has been received, you’ll be charged the regular price.

None of our products contain any added sugar, and our All-in-One Superfood Shake has only 1g of natural sugar per serving, from organic fruits and veggies! 

That said, we do use organic Reb-M (Rebaudioside M) which is an isolated steviol glycoside found in the stevia leaf. Conventional stevia-based sweeteners often have significant aftertaste and bitterness, but isolated Reb-M doesn’t include the enzymes that create those unpleasant tastes! The result is a zero-calorie, plant-based sweetener that tastes exactly like sugar, without leaving a bad taste in your mouth! 

Deliveries in the majority of Canada are free for orders over $55. For any order falling under the minimum amount required, we charge a shipping fee of $10.95, $12.95 or $19.95 depending on the area. In some areas we offer same day delivery for an additional $4.95. *See Section 12 our the Terms & Conditions.

We’re based in Quebec, Canada and we’re proud to say that all of our blends are made locally. Our ingredients come from renowned suppliers around the world, with the majority being based right here in Canada.

In general, delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on the area. You’ll be able to track your order in real time, the entire time it makes its way to you. You can also opt in to receiving text message alerts about your order as it gets processed, shipped and delivered.
