Please note that in using our Website, you comply to the following conditions and are required to follow them. If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use this Website. If you save this Website to your favourite’s menu, you are bound to the present contract and must comply with the Website’s terms and conditions. Good Protein Inc. reserves the right to update or modify all present conditions at any moment without prior notice. When using this site following all modifications, you are in compliance with these modifications.

2. USER RESTRICTIONS, COPYRIGHT

All content seen and heard on the Good Protein Inc. Website (for example; all page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips and text) are subject to trademarks, service trademarks, commercial products, copyrights and/or other intellectual property rights or the licence held by Good Protein Inc. All Good Protein Inc. content is protected by the Copyright Act (LRC 1985 c C-42). All Good Protein content is for personal and non-commercial use. You can download, print or save specific content from the Website to the extent that you (1) use

this content for personal and non-commercial reasons (2) you do not copy or post the content on a networked computer nor release it on any other material whatsoever, and (3) you do not modify or alter the content in any way whatsoever, nor delete or change any copyright or trademark statement. Good Protein Inc. is a registered trademark. Outside of the previously mentioned authorisations, you cannot copy, download, reproduce, modifier, publish, redistribute, retransmit, publicly post or create derivative works based off this content without our authorization.

3. PRICING POLICY

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. All prices displayed on www.goodprotein.ca do not include sales taxes. Please note that sales taxes vary on your purchases’ delivery location. Good Protein Inc. has the right to modify prices at any moment throughout your subscription. In such cases, Good Protein Inc. will publish, before modifying prices, notices on its Website or through other channels chosen by Good Protein Inc. in order to inform you of any modifications.

4. CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INNACURACIES 

Some information posted on the Good Protein Inc. Website can contain typographical errors or inaccuracies or can be incomplete or obsolete. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct all error, inaccuracy or omission and change and modify all information without notice (including once an order has been placed). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may concern product pricing, descriptions or availability. We apologize for any inconvenience that may arise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please consult Good Protein’s return policy.

5. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS 

In the event of a product price posted incorrectly, Good Protein Inc. has the right to refuse or cancel all orders of the said product. Good Protein Inc. has the right to refuse or cancel such order type, whether the order has been confirmed or not and whether your card has been charged or not. If your card has already been charged in the event of an order cancellation, we will refund the incorrect price payment on your card.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RESILIATION 

The present General Terms and Conditions are applicable when accessing the Website or during registration or purchasing. They can, in whole or in part, carried out without notice by Good Protein Inc. at any time and for any reason. The provisions regarding copyright, trade names, non-guarantee clauses, limitation of liability, compensation and others remain valid following all cancellation.

7. APPLICATION OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By utilizing GPI’s website, you thereby consent that your access and website use be subject to the present Terms and Conditions governed by any pertaining Canadian legislation in force. All parties are deemed to agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of Quebec’s tribunals for any contracts of the sort. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of the current dispositions, such a dispute shall be submitted before the judicial District of Montreal in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any other claim will be considered inadmissible.

8. WEBSITE USAGE 

Any harassment of any sort, against the Website, be it by email, online dialogue or the use of obscene, offensive or abusive language is strictly prohibited. Identity theft of any persons, mainly, a GPI employee or any authorized employee, a hostess, a representative including other website members or visitors is prohibited. It is forbidden to download, distribute or publish defamatory, obscene, menacing, intrusive on another’s privacy or advertising rights, insulting, illegal or otherwise reprehensible which may constitute or encourage the commission of an offence, the infringement on another parties’ rights, result in a liability or infringe the law. It is prohibited to upload any commercial content on the website nor use the latter to invite anyone to adhere to or become a member of any other online service or organisation. Please note that you must be 18 years old or more to subscribe to this website and acquire any of its products. By subscribing as a user to this Website, you thereby affirm that you are 18 years old or older.

9. 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer experience. We believe that you should be completely satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we offer a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us: Please complete this contact form and provide us with all necessary details, including the reason for the return and the number of bags, opened and unopened, to be returned.
  2. Shipping Address: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the shipping address and return instructions where you can send the returned products.
  3. Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. Please note that the refund will be for the total amount paid for the order (minus shipping fees, if applicable).

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping. They are also accountable for their package until we physically receive it at our warehouse. This also implies that the items must not be damaged inside the box when the parcel is received. For this reason, we recommend using a box that will protect the item(s) & trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number until the return is completed. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund on your first order, only 25% of the bag can be consumed. In other words, the bag must contain at least 75% of the original product to qualify for a refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following:

  • If you are returning 1 or 2 opened bags, we will provide a 100% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).
  • If you are returning 3 opened bags, we will provide a 75% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).
  • If you are returning 4 or more opened bags, we will provide a 50% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).

We accept returns to be received physically at our warehouse up to 60 days after you receive your first order.

At Good Protein, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy or your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always available to help.

For 2nd orders or more, items can only be returned if they haven’t been opened yet. Since each bag must be intact (unopened), regardless of the amount of bags purchased, we will provide a 100% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).

10. SUBSCRIPTION

Your GPI subscription renews automatically. According to your delivery schedule, you will receive a GPI box containing a variety of products chosen from your bundle (each “delivery”). You can find information regarding your bundle and GPI services in your (“account”) by accessing the www.goodprotein.ca site.

Once subscribed with GPI, you authorize. GPI (or a third-party payment processor) to automatically charge your credit card on a recurring basis, according to your delivery schedule, without restriction, as long as your subscription is valid. Your subscription is considered ongoing until canceled or suspended. You authorize GPI to charge recurring and automatic payments without any further need of authorization. You can suspend your subscription as often as you wish within your user profile or by contacting us at info@goodprotein.ca.

Discount codes that are communicated via emails, SMS, or any other platform are, for the most part, valid only on one-time purchases. These promo codes cannot be used on a subscription order, since it's not possible to combine two offers on the same order.

By activating a subscription through any promotional offer, including but not limited to Black Friday, Holiday sales, etc., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Subscriptions activated under promotional pricing are subject to a minimum commitment of 2 orders (or 1 subscription renewal). If the subscription is canceled before the first renewal, the price difference between the regular price and the discounted price will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. To cancel a subscription, customers must contact our customer service team at info@goodprotein.ca. Furthermore, if you benefited from an extra discount on your first order, the price will adjust to the standard subscription pricing for your upcoming orders. It is the subscriber's responsibility to initiate the cancellation process. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the automatic charge of the price difference to the credit card on file. By subscribing to our promotional offers, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Good Protein reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions and subscription terms at its discretion.

11. NOTICE OF HEALTH LIABILITY WAIVER 

Information found on the GPI’S and/or his affiliates website has been subject to review by Health Canada, however it is not intended to diagnose, treat, heal or prevent any disease. Information found on this website should not be used for therapeutic purposes nor as a substitute orders for advice from a healthcare professional. Information appearing hereunder, or any information sent by email should not be interpreted as being medical practise. GPI is not responsible for any abuse and/or wrongful use of any product sold through this website due to the use of this website by a consumer. GPI is neither responsible for any problems or difficulties arising due to the utilization by a consumer of products sold by GPI. Present or future clients using this website who do not consult with their health care professional before purchasing and utilising any product thereby assume all risks and pertaining to all consequences

12. SHIPPING

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders of $55 or more (before taxes), will have free shipping, in most provinces. For orders in New-Foundland, Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories, free shipping is for orders of 99$ or more.  Orders will be packed and delivered during weekdays (Monday through Friday). Delivery can take up to 10 business days. We're not responsible for incorrect addresses provided, or typos that occur when placing your order. We ship across Canada, unless it is non-viable commercially. GPI may not be able to deliver to remote locations. GPI reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if it deems reasonable transportation accommodations are not possible and GPI will not be held responsible for any such cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, GPI will refund any amount disbursed by the client. If an item is damaged during transportation, is incorrect or is missing, you must advise GPI immediately.
