Products

Absolutely! All our products are manufactured in a regulated facility that meets the highest Canadian federal food standards. We only work with reputable suppliers and manufacturers who offer the highest quality ingredients. Each raw material is chosen according to its quality and analyzed in depth (heavy metals, micro-organisms, nutritional quality, allergens, etc.)

Using quality functional and nutritional products is a great way to help lose weight! Although our products were not specifically created for weight loss, they can easily be integrated into a healthy eating and training routine for weight loss. As always, it is recommended that you discuss your weight loss goals with your healthcare provider before beginning any weight loss program.

You should always consult a healthcare professional before trying any new natural products, especially while pregnant or breastfeeding. That said, all of the ingredients in our products are either certified non-GMO or organic and are therefore considered of the highest quality. We suggest that you take a look at the ingredient list of each product, as well as its nutrition facts, to see if it is suitable for your needs.

All our products contain plant-based ingredients made from real, non-GMO or organic whole foods. Many fruits, vegetables and other superfoods are present in all of our products, making them highly nutritious products that can easily meet your children's needs. We suggest that you take a look at the ingredient list of each product, as well as its nutrition facts, to see if it is suitable for your children's needs.

Our signature product is not officially recognized as a meal replacement here in Canada. However, to make it a more complete meal with more calories and nutrients, you can easily add it to your favourite smoothies and snacks, adding more fruits, vegetables, seeds and more!

All our products are made locally in Quebec, Canada. Our ingredients come from a variety of renowned suppliers from around the world.

None of our products are intended to replace real food or a real meal. That said, it can be a great alternative for those who simply don't eat enough vegetables in a day, as it contains up to 4 servings of greens per scoop!

We love this product because it helps us replace our afternoon coffee with this juice! Unlike synthetic caffeine added to most energy drinks (plus all the additives they may contain), our Red Superfood Juice contains real organic whole coffee fruit extract, which is considered a "superfruit" for the caffeine and polyphenols it naturally contains. It also contains real, freeze-dried berries that are known to offer energizing benefits.

Delivery

All deliveries everywhere in Canada are free for orders of $49 and more. For orders under $49, a flat fee of $7.95 is applicable at checkout. We also offer same day delivery in some areas for an additional $10.95.

In most cases, we deliver the next day. In general, delivery can take up to 7 business days. You will be able to track your order in real time, at any time. Also, most of the time, you will receive SMS alerts regarding the tracking of your order.

No signature is required upon delivery, so if the location seems secure, the box will be left on site, in front of your door. If you feel it is not safe to deliver to your home if you are not at the location (condos, apartments, etc.), we advise you to have it delivered somewhere else.

Subscriptions

The subscription allows you to save a total of 15% on all your orders and to take full advantage of all the benefits of Good Protein, at a low price. A minimum of 2 shipments is required to subscribe - change or skip your orders at any time. If you cancel before 2 shipments have been received, you will be charged the regular price of the product

If you choose the subscription option, you will receive orders with automatic renewal and will save 15% on our products at all times. Moreover, the subscription is very flexible according to your needs: you can choose to receive your orders every 30, 45 or 60 days, depending on how often you use our products. You can modify and manage your subscription at any time, as you wish!

Since you can choose your own delivery frequency, you will be charged according to it. If you order every 45 days for example, you will therefore be charged every 45 days only.

Once logged into your account, you can do everything yourself! In the "Delivery Schedule" tab, you will find the schedule of your next deliveries. If you're going on a trip and you want to skip your next delivery, it's possible to do so. If you go to the "Subscriptions" tab, you will see your product in subscription, as well as the subscription details. To the right of it, you will see an "Edit" button (on mobile phones, you must drag the screen to the right to see the button). By clicking on this button, you will have access to change your flavour combinations for your next orders, change your delivery frequency or simply terminate your subscription.

If you have received an order confirmation for an order that you do not want, it is possible for us to cancel it, if the order has still not been processed. However, if the order has already been processed and sent for delivery, it is unfortunately impossible for us to cancel it at this point.

If you absolutely do not want an order that has already been shipped, it is possible to return it and get a refund, from which the shipping costs for the return will be deducted. In this case, simply contact us at info@goodprotein.ca!
