


The Best Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of our All-in-one shake Creamy Vanilla
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup neutral oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 3 ripe bananas, well mashed
- ¾ chopped walnuts or pecans
How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 325F
- In a bowl, mix flour, Creamy Vanilla, baking soda and salt
- In another bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, vanilla and oil
- Gradually stir dry mixture into wet mixture
- Add mashed banana, milk and vinegar. Mix well
- Stir in ½ cup of nuts
- Butter a loaf pan (9x5), then flour it. Pour the batter into the pan and top with the remaining nuts
- Bake for 1 hour. Use a toothpick to check the cooking and add another 10-15 minutes if necessary.
- Let the banana bread cool, serve, and enjoy!
