The Best Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of our All-in-one shake Creamy Vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup neutral oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp oat milk
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 ripe bananas, well mashed
  • ¾ chopped walnuts or pecans 

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325F
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, Creamy Vanilla, baking soda and salt
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, vanilla and oil
  4. Gradually stir dry mixture into wet mixture
  5. Add mashed banana, milk and vinegar. Mix well
  6. Stir in ½ cup of nuts
  7. Butter a loaf pan (9x5), then flour it. Pour the batter into the pan and top with the remaining nuts
  8. Bake for 1 hour. Use a toothpick to check the cooking and add another 10-15 minutes if necessary.
  9. Let the banana bread cool, serve, and enjoy!
Very good frozen in slices and then reheated in toaster oven with a little butter.
