


Salted Caramel and Oatmeal Cookie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of our All-in-one shake Salted Caramel
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup butter (room temperature)
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
*Optional:
- Add ½ cup raisins
How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, Salted Caramel and cinnamon
- In another bowl, combine butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer. Add egg and vanilla
- Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix for a few seconds
- Add the oats and mix together
- Using a spoon, place 1 oz of dough per cookie on the baking sheet, leaving 5 cm (2 inches) of space between each one
- Using a floured glass bottom, flatten cookies slightly (or do so by hand)
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool on the baking sheet, transfer to a rack, and enjoy!
