Collagen is derived from animal sources and since our Plant-Based Collagen Booster is, as the name implies, plant-based, it doesn’t actually contain any collagen.

Instead, our booster is made with a blend of 9 superfoods that have been clinically proven to stimulate the body’s natural production of collagen, which can improve skin elasticity and contribute to holistic health.

If you’re trying us for the first time and aren’t totally thrilled, no stress! If your bag is at least half full and wish to return it within 60 days of your delivery date, we’ll give you a full refund minus a 15% return fee. Prefer to exchange? No problem! You can swap your original item(s) for a different flavour with a $5 shipping fee (fees waived with subscription), and you can do this up to 2 times a year.

For second (or third, or fourth, or... you get the jist!) purchases, you can only exchange an open bag for a different flavour with $5 shipping fee (unless you're subscribed, and then it's free!). You can enjoy up to 2 swaps a year.

Yes, all of our products are dairy-free! Compared to several other brands, our main focus, even obsession, is to provide the best and highest-quality ingredients to our customers! All of our meticulously selected and analyzed ingredients are 100% plant-based, non-GMO, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and free of anything artificial as well. This results in the smooth and creamy texture, along with the amazing taste, that our shakes are known for.

If you've benefited from an extra discount on your first subscription order, a minimum of two subscription orders are required before canceling. You can change or skip your orders at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the second shipment has been received, you’ll be charged the regular price.

While our Collagen booster is marked as flavorless and odorless because there is no flavor or aroma added to the product, a slight coconut taste can sometimes be detected! This is simply because the product is coconut based, which is completely normal.

Deliveries in the majority of Canada are free for orders over $55. For any order falling under the minimum amount required, we charge a shipping fee of $10.95, $12.95 or $19.95 depending on the area. We’re based in Quebec, Canada and we’re proud to say that all of our blends are made locally. Our ingredients come from renowned suppliers around the world, with the majority being based right here in Canada.

In general, delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on the area. You’ll be able to track your order in real time, the entire time it makes its way to you. You can also opt in to receiving text message alerts about your order as it gets processed, shipped and delivered.
