Chocolate Brownie

Chocolate Brownie
  16 servings (small brownies) or 9 servings (large brownies)
  Preparation time: 35-40 minutes
  • 2 scoops of our All-in-one shake Chocolate
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 large eggs & 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup & 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

How to prepare:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line an 8 by 8-inch pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and sugar. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the butter is melted. Whisk in the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. Stir in the oil and cocoa powder
  3. With a rubber spatula, stir in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and Chocolate until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips
  4. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan
  5. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting
  7. Once the brownies have cooled, serve and enjoy!
Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
