Pumpkin and Chai Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats



Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of our All-in-one shake Vanilla Chaï
- ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg (or flax egg)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Dash of ground ginger
- 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt (of your choice) for the swirl
How to prepare:
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Place in an oven safe bowl at 375°F for 25 min
- Serve, with an optional yogurt swirl on top, and enjoy!
