Pumpkin and Chai Cinnamon Roll Baked Oats

  • ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg (or flax egg)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Dash of ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp vanilla yogurt (of your choice) for the swirl

How to prepare:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Place in an oven safe bowl at 375°F for 25 min
  3. Serve, with an optional yogurt swirl on top, and enjoy!
