Apple & Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 scoop of our All-in-one superfood shake of Salted Caramel flavour
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 apple cut into slices
- 1/4 cup of applesauce
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
How to prepare:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
- Pour into a bowl and top with sliced apples, granola, pecans and raisins.
