Apple & Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop of our All-in-one superfood shake of Salted Caramel flavour
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 apple cut into slices
  • 1/4 cup of applesauce
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)

How to prepare:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced apples, granola, pecans and raisins.
