Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop of our All-in-one shake Salted Caramel
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ apple cut into slices
  • ¼ cup applesauce
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • *Optional: pinch of nutmeg
How to prepare:
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy
  2. Serve in a bowl of your choice
  3. Top with sliced apples, granola, pecans and raisins, and enjoy!
