Hazelnut & Chocolate Ice Cream

Preparation time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • 2 scoops from our All-in-one superfood shake of Chocolate flavour
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1/3 cup of crushed hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup of hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

How to prepare:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except hazelnuts) in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mix into a metal bowl and put it in the freezer.
  3. Whisk every 20-30 minutes (4 times total). Add the hazelnuts, only when the ice cream is at the point of being completely frozen.
  4. Let stand overnight in the freezer.
  5. Garnish with hazelnuts, chocolate pieces, and enjoy!
