Acai & Roasted Coconut Energy balls



Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of our All-in-one shake Acai Berry
- ¾ cup quick oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup dried blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
How to prepare:
- Mix all ingredients (except shredded coconut) in a bowl until smooth and creamy
- Form small balls and cover with shredded coconut
- Place in fridge, and enjoy!
