Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (1 serving) Mocha All-in-one Superfood Shake
  • 15ml (1 tablespoon) pumpkin pie spices
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) pumpkin puree
  • 250ml (1 cup) oat milk
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) of cold espresso
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass or your Good Protein shaker and enjoy!
