Chocolate & Acai Fudge
- 4 scoops of our All-in-one shake Acai Berry
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup nuts
- 12 dates
- 200ml water
- Pinch of salt
- Boil the water and soak dates until tender
- Mix the dates in a blender until smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth
- Place mixture on parchment paper in a cookie sheet
- Place in the fridge to cool for at least 1 hour
- Once cooled, serve, and enjoy!
