Salted Caramel Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates

1 cup oats

¼ cup almond milk

½ cup tahini

1 scoop Salted Caramel All-in-One Shake

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Add the dates, oats, tahini, almond milk, Salted Caramel All-in-One Shake, vanilla extract, and salt to a food processor.

2. Pulse until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky dough.

3. Once the texture is thick and holds together when pressed, roll into small balls.

4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.

To serve

Enjoy straight from the fridge! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
