Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 scoops Salted Caramel All-in-One Shake
¾ tsp. coarse salt
½ cup margarine
¾ cup almond milk
1 tbsp. flaxseed
1 ½ cups frozen raspberries
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, Salted Caramel All-in-One Shake, and coarse salt.
3. Add the margarine to the bowl and use your fingers or a pastry blender to combine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and ground flaxseed until the dough starts to come together.
4. Gently fold in the frozen raspberries, being careful not to overmix.
5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a 1-inch-thick circle. Use a sharp knife or bench scraper to cut the circle into 8 equal wedges.
6. Arrange the scones on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown.
7. Let the scones cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
