Protein Lava Cake
Ingredients
⅓ cup cottage cheese
1 egg (or vegan alternative)
2 tbsp. flour
1 scoop Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake
1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup almond milk
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 350°F.
2. Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and add it to a bowl.
3. In the same bowl, combine the egg, flour, Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake, coconut oil, almond milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Pour batter into a greased ramekin.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centre is soft.

To Serve
Let rest for 1 minute before serving, then open the centre for the lava effect.
