Sweet Potato Protein Brownie
Ingredients
½ cup cocoa powder
2 scoops Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sweet potato purée
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ cup maple butter
2 eggs (or vegan alternative)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake, and baking powder.
3. Add the sweet potato purée, maple syrup, almond butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk directly into the same bowl. Stir until a thick, smooth batter forms.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the centre is set but still slightly soft for a fudgy texture.
