Sweet Potato Protein Brownie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (+ more to rim the glass)
Shredded coconut (to rim the glass)
1 scoop Strawberries & Cream All-in-One Shake
Ice cubes
1 cup almond milk
Instructions
1. Pour a small amount of coconut milk onto a plate. Dip the rims of two glasses into the coconut milk, then dip into shredded coconut to coat. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, the Strawberries & Cream All-in-One Shake and coconut milk. Use a handheld whisk to whip the mixture until smooth and airy. It should resemble a light cold foam with a creamy texture.
3. Fill 2 glasses with ice. Pour ½ cup almond milk into each glass.
4. Spoon the whipped strawberry coconut mixture evenly over both glasses. Let it sit on top for a layered effect.
