Ingredients
Dough
¾ cup warm milk (any kind)
2 ¼ tsp. quick active yeast
2 eggs (or vegan alternative)
¼ cup melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
2 ⅔ cups flour (additional ½ cup as needed)
3 scoops Cinnamon Roll All-in-One Shake
Filling
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon powder
¼ cup butter (room temperature)
Icing
â…“ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Heat milk until warm. Transfer into a big bowl and gently sprinkle the yeast over it.
2. Add sugar, eggs, and melted butter, stirring with a wooden spoon or electric mixer until blended.
3. Gradually add flour, Cinnamon Roll All-in-One Shake, and salt while mixing until a coarse dough forms.
4. Knead dough by hand for 5–7 minutes on a lightly floured surface or in an electric mixer for 3–4 minutes until smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add 2 tbsp. of flour at a time until desired consistency.
5. Transfer the firm dough ball to a well-oiled bowl and cover with a lightweight cloth. Let rise for 3–4 hours or until doubled in size.
6. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by mixing the ingredients together.
7. Once dough has doubled in size, transfer to a floured surface. Roll into a 14x9 inch rectangle.
8. Spread filling evenly across the dough, leaving a ¼-inch border along the far edges. Roll dough tightly, finishing with the seam side down.
9. Cut into 8 or 16 evenly sized pieces. Place in a 9x9 pan or 9-inch round pan. Cover with a cloth and let rise for 30 minutes.
10. Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until just golden brown.

To Serve
Spread with icing while still warm for a gooey finish or let cool slightly for a firmer topping.
