High-Protein Bagel Bites

Ingredients

1 cup self-raising flour

1 scoop Unflavoured All-in-One Shake

1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt

Optional fillings: pressed cottage cheese cubes, cream cheese, mozzarella, or anything else you love

Instructions

1. Mix the self-raising flour and Unflavoured All-in-One Shake in a bowl.

2. Add the Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface until smooth (about 2–3 minutes).

4. Divide the dough into bite-sized pieces. Flatten each piece, add your filling of choice, and pinch the dough closed to seal. Or roll into a ball without any filling inside.

5. Optional: Roll the dough balls in seasoning (everything bagel mix, sesame seeds, etc.).

6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

7. Cool slightly before eating. Best enjoyed warm!
