Eggnog Truffles

Ingredients

3 scoops Eggnog All-in-One Shake

1/2 cup nut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup milk of choice

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

Crushed candy cane

Instructions

1. In a bowl, add the Eggnog All-in-One Shake, nut butter, maple syrup, plant-based milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until fully combined and a soft dough forms.

2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate. Freeze for 15–20 minutes.

3. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Dip the top of each truffle.

4. Sprinkle crushed candy cane over the melted chocolate while still wet.

5. Refrigerate until the coating sets.
