Cheddar Jalapeño Protein Bagels

These bagels will have you wishing the morning would come sooner! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and loaded with cheesy jalapeño deliciousness.

Ingredients

1 scoop Unflavoured All-in-One Shake

¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese (plus extra for sprinkling on top)

⅓ cup 1% fat cottage cheese (you can blend it for a smoother texture)

1 cup 0% fat lactose-free Greek yogurt

1 cup self-rising flour

¼ cup marinated jalapeños (divided: half for the dough, half for topping)

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Unflavoured All-in-One Shake, self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese until well mixed.

2. Fold in the sharp cheddar cheese and half of the jalapeños. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

3. Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

4. Roll each portion into a ball, then poke a hole in the center with your finger to shape it into a bagel. Place the bagels onto the prepared baking sheet.

5. Sprinkle the remaining jalapeños and a little extra cheddar cheese on top of each bagel.

6. Place the bagels in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

To Serve

Let the bagels cool for a few minutes before serving. These can be enjoyed fresh or stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
