Chai Latte Pancakes

Ingredients

⅓ cup Greek yogurt

1 egg (or vegan alternative)

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

1 tbsp. cinnamon

1 cup almond milk

1 cup self-rising flour

1 scoop Chai Latte All-in-One Shake

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.

2. Add the self-rising flour, Chai Latte All-in-One Shake, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the pancakes fluffy.

3. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or a small amount of oil if needed.

4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

5. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
