Tiramisu Protein Bites

Ingredients

Mocha Tiramisu Bites:

½ cup aquafaba

250g mascarpone

1 espresso shot

1 scoop Mocha All-in-One Shake

15–20 crushed ladyfingers

â…“ cup cocoa powder

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk the aquafaba until frothy. Set aside.

2. In another bowl, combine the mascarpone, espresso, and Mocha All-in-One Shake. Mix until well combined.

3. Gently fold in the aquafaba and add the crushed ladyfingers.

4. Shape the mixture into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball) and roll each one in cocoa powder.

Garnishes (optional)

Dusting of extra cocoa powder

Shaved dark chocolate

Espresso beans

To Serve

Chill the bites for 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture. Serve on a platter with espresso or after dinner as a dessert treat.
