Protein Bagels

Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour

1 scoop Unflavoured All-in-One Shake

1 tsp. salt

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 egg

1 tbsp. water

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the flour, Unflavoured All-in-One Shake, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.

3. Add the Greek yogurt & mix using a dough hook until a dough forms. Knead for 3–4 minutes until smooth. (If making by hand, mix first, then knead on a lightly floured surface for 3–4 minutes).

4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

5. Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten into a thick disk. Use your thumbs to pierce the centre & stretch into a bagel shape. Make the hole slightly larger than you think, as it will shrink while baking.

6. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Whisk together the egg and water, then brush evenly over each bagel. Sprinkle with your topping of choice.

8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
