Protein Spinach Artichoke Toast

Ingredients

1 block (250 g) cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup sour cream

2 scoops Unflavoured All-in-One Shake

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded Gouda

1/2 cup marinated artichokes

1 package frozen spinach (thawed, squeezed dry, and chopped)

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. lemon zest

1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Sourdough bread

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.

2. Add the Unflavoured All-in-One Shake and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated. Fold in the Parmesan, white cheddar, and Gouda.

3. Stir in the marinated artichokes, frozen spinach, garlic powder, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.

4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

5. Mix until evenly combined.

6. Spread the dip onto a slice of sourdough bread.

7. Top with extra shredded white cheddar if desired.

8. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5–6 minutes, or until golden.

9. Serve immediately.
