Protein Matcha Bark

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries

1 cup blackberries

2 cups white chocolate

1 scoop Vanilla Cupcake All-in-One Shake

2 tsp. matcha powder

1 tsp. coconut oil

Instructions

1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Spread the blueberries and blackberries evenly over the tray.

3. Melt the white chocolate gently until smooth.

4. Stir in the Vanilla Cupcake All-in-One Shake and matcha powder until fully combined (add melted coconut oil if the mixture is too thick).

5. Drizzle the matcha white chocolate over the berries.

6. Tap the tray gently on the counter to help the chocolate settle and spread.

7. Chill in the fridge or freezer until fully set (30–60 minutes).

8. Break into bark pieces.

To Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy! Best kept chilled, in a sealed container.
