Protein Chocolate Covered Raspberry Bites

Ingredients

1 bag (300g) frozen raspberries

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 cup dark chocolate

1 scoop Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mash the frozen raspberries until juicy but still slightly textured. If the raspberries are too hard to mash, let them thaw slightly.

2. Add the chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.

3. Line a plate or tray with plastic wrap.

4. Spoon small dollops of the raspberry mixture onto the lined plate.

5. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes to firm up.

6. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and stir in the Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake until smooth.

7. Remove the frozen raspberry bites from the freezer and dip each into the chocolate mixture to coat.

8. Return the chocolate-coated bites to the lined plate and freeze for at least another 15 minutes.

9. Enjoy straight from the freezer!
