PB & J Protein Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond flour

2 scoops Peanut Butter All-in-One Shake

1 tsp. baking powder

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup avocado oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

1. Add all dry ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Mix until combined.

2. Add in the rest of the ingredients except for the jam. Mix again.

3. Spoon batter into a lined or greased muffin tin.

4. Add 1 tbsp. of strawberry jam on top of each muffin.

5. Bake at 350°F for 15–25 minutes. A toothpick should come out dry from the middle once they are cooked.
