Oatmeal Protein Bars

Ingredients

1 cup oats

4 tbsp. chia seeds

2 scoops Vanilla Milkshake All-in-One Shake

1 tsp. baking powder

A pinch of salt

⅓ cup roasted coconut flakes

1 egg (or vegan alternative)

⅓ cup almond butter

⅛ cup maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, Vanilla Milkshake All-in-One Shake, baking powder, salt, and roasted coconut flakes.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce. Stir until smooth.

4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.

7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.

8. Let cool completely before cutting into 8 bars.

To Serve

Cut into bars and enjoy as a pre-workout snack or quick breakfast on-the-go.
