High-Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 scoop Vanilla Cupcake All-in-One Shake

1 tbsp. unsweetened apple sauce

¼ cup plant-based milk

3 tbsp. flour

Pinch of sprinkles

Instructions

1. In a mug, mix together the Vanilla Cupcake All-in-One Shake, unsweetened apple sauce, plant-based milk, flour, and sprinkles.

2. Microwave for 2 minutes.

3. Enjoy!

Toppings (Optional)

Whipped cream

Peanut butter

Melted chocolate

To Serve

Best enjoyed straight out of the microwave while it’s still warm.
