Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bark

Ingredients

10–12 Medjool dates

½ cup peanut butter

1 scoop Peanut Butter All-in-One Shake

1 cup dark chocolate

1 tsp. flaky sea salt

Instructions

1. Place the Medjool dates between two sheets of parchment paper and roll them out with a rolling pin until they form an even, sticky layer. Keep it on the parchment paper.

2. Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds until smooth, then mix in the Peanut Butter All-in-One Shake until fully combined. Spread this evenly over the date base.

3. Melt the dark chocolate, then pour it over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.

4. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until firm.

5. For clean edges, use a sharp knife to cut into pieces. For a more rustic look, break into chunks by hand.

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
