Chai Latte Baked Oats

Ingredients

â…” cup gluten-free oats

1 scoop Chai Latte All-in-One Shake

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tbsp. almond butter

½ tsp. lemon zest

¼ cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Blend the oats into a fine flour.

3. Add the Chai Latte All-in-One Shake, cinnamon, hemp seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, almond butter, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.

4. Fold in the frozen blueberries by hand.

5. Pour the batter into a round, oven-safe glass dish.

6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and set in the centre.
