Blue Coconut Smoothie

Exotic flavours, creamy texture, and a protein punch.

Ingredients

1 scoop Vanilla Cupcake All-in-One Shake

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 frozen peach

1 tbsp. butterfly pea powder (or spirulina)

1 cup plant-based milk

Honey (for rimming the glass)

Coconut flakes (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

1. Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

To Serve

Coat your glass rim with honey and dip into coconut flakes.
