Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Base

4 red apples

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

Crumble

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup pecans

1 scoop Chai Latte All-in-One Shake

2 tbsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. avocado oil

2 tbsp. water (if needed to mix)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.

2. Slice the apples and add them to a bowl with the vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix until combined and add the mixture to a baking dish.

3. Mix together the rolled oats, pecans, Chai Latte All-in-One Shake, maple syrup, avocado oil, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Add the crumble to the baking dish on top of the apples.

4. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

To Serve

Let cool slightly and enjoy while it’s still warm!
