Vegan Matcha Pancakes



Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of our All-in-one shake Strawberry & Cream
- ¾ cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ½ tbsp matcha
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ⅛ cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
Toppings:
- Strawberries
- Maple syrup
How to prepare:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, Strawberry & Cream, salt, baking powder, sugar and matcha)
- Mix the milk into the dry ingredients
- Heat the pan on medium with vegan butter
- Pour a spoonful of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through
- Serve with strawberries and maple syrup, and enjoy!
