Vegan Matcha Pancakes

  Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
    • 1 scoop of our All-in-one shake Strawberry & Cream
    • ¾ cups flour
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 ½ tbsp matcha
    • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
    • 1 ⅛ cups almond milk
    • 1 tbsp vegan butter

    Toppings:

    • Strawberries
    • Maple syrup

    How to prepare:

    1. Mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, Strawberry & Cream, salt, baking powder, sugar and matcha)
    2. Mix the milk into the dry ingredients 
    3. Heat the pan on medium with vegan butter
    4. Pour a spoonful of the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through
    5. Serve with strawberries and maple syrup, and enjoy!
