Peanut Butter High-Protein Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients

½ banana

1 tsp. maple syrup

2 tbsp. peanut butter

¼ cup oats

1 scoop Peanut Butter All-in-One Shake

½ tsp. baking powder

¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, oats, Peanut Butter All-in-One Shake, and baking powder. Mix well.

3. Stir in the chocolate chips (optional).

4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

6. Allow it to cool before enjoying!

To Serve

Slice into bars and enjoy fresh, or store in an airtight container for later!
