Apple & caramel smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 scoop (1 serving) Good Protein Salted Caramel
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) applesauce
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 200ml (1/2 cup) oat milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
