Salted Caramel Apple Bowl Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 scoop (1 serving) of Good Protein Salted Caramel
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100ml of natural applesauce
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) frozen mangoes
  • 1/2 apple cut into pieces
  • 15ml (1 tablespoon) of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of pink salt

    1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and garnish with apples, granola, and pecans.
