Ingredients :

  • 1 scoop (1 serving) of Good Protein Tropical Fruits
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) maple butter
  • 300ml vanilla oat milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of cardamom (optional)
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
