Tropical Fruit & Vanilla Popsicle
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 6 large or 12 small popsicles
- 2 scoops (2 servings) of Good Protein Tropical Fruits
- 500ml (2 cups) vanilla dairy free yogurt
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of cayenne
- Blend all ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
- Pour into a popsicle pan and leave in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours.
