
Caramel & Banana Energy Balls

- About 12 balls
Ingredients :
- 1 scoop (1 serving) Good Protein Salted Caramel
- 1 banana
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- 125ml (1/2 cup) quick cooking rolled oats
- 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut oil
- 60ml (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
- 60ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened coconut
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Robot all ingredients until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Make small balls and set aside in the fridge.
