Caramel & Banana Energy Balls

Ingredients :

  • 1 scoop (1 serving) Good Protein Salted Caramel
  • 1 banana
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) quick cooking rolled oats
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut oil
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) unsweetened coconut
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  1. Robot all ingredients until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Make small balls and set aside in the fridge.
