Coffee energy balls
- Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 12 to 15 balls
- 1 scoop (1 serving) of Good Protein Mocha
- 250ml (1 cup) rolled oats
- 125ml (1/2 cup) peanut butter
- 125ml (1/2 cup) grated coconut
- 125ml (1/2 cup) dark chocolate pieces
- 85ml (1/3 cup) maple syrup
- 15ml (1 tbsp.) chia seeds
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla essence
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Form small balls with the mixture.
3. Reserve in the refrigerator.
