Coffee energy balls

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • 12 to 15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (1 serving) of Good Protein Mocha
  • 250ml (1 cup) rolled oats
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) peanut butter
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) grated coconut
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) dark chocolate pieces
  • 85ml (1/3 cup) maple syrup
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla essence

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Form small balls with the mixture.

3. Reserve in the refrigerator.
