Chocolate Truffles & Pretzels
Preparation time: 45 minutes
- 1 scoop from our All-in-one superfood of Chocolate flavour
- 2 tablespoons of hazelnuts
- 5 crushed pretzels
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of almond milk
- 60g of dark chocolate
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients except chocolate. Make balls and set aside in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave. When the chocolate is melted, coat the balls well with the chocolate. Sprinkle the balls with fleur de sel and leave to set in the fridge.
